Lollipop ringtone problem fix (worked on my MOTO E 5.0.2) topic

irritated with annoying beep sound on your lollipop device..
then try this,,

just rename your ringtone format from .mp3 or .mp4 etc to .ogg
that's it..:good::good:

now you can set your favorite songs as your default ringtone..

ringtone and vibration doesnt work after Lollipop update topic

Hello everyone.
I've update my Moto G 2 gen last thursday and the ringtone and vibration stoped working, the phone doesn't ring or vibrate when receives a call.
Is this a knowed problem from dthe Lollipop update? Can anyone help me?
