[Q] My M8 turned sucks after lollipop update.. topic

I rooted my m8 on stock android 4.4.4 and since the lollipop update rolled out, I applied my backup from TWRP and flashed stock recovery then relocked bootloader. Installed Lollipop via OTA, unlock bootloader and flashed TWRP then flashed supersu. So I'm on android lollipop 5.0 and rooted. I don't know what went wrong, my phone seem too laggy ( mostly when I'm trying to type on facebook messenger, every times i type a text it stacks for some times) And most importantly, some stocks application such us HTC sense TV and Scribble not working anymore. every time I open, it say " stopped unexpectedly ". I don't really know what I might do to get it fix, please advice me.

Is there any possible way to uninstall touch wiz from Samsung galaxy s4 i9500. I tried installing cm12 but mobile data is not working. Can install i9505 ROM on i9500 ?? Is it possible. Please respond.

[Q] S5 vibrate sucks topic

How many others out there think the vibrate intensity sucks? I keep my phone in an Otterbox Defender case. When I need to turn off the sound and put it on vibrate for going to meetings, church, etc....I might as well turn it off. The vibration intensity is so low that it is too easy to miss. Is there anything that can be done to make it be more noticeable? My S5 is rooted and I am running Xposed with a few modules, if that is helpful...

Got the update this morning and hardly noticed. One thing to note is the Verizon messaging application crashes when trying to send and receive MMS forcing me to use the new version. I only noticed because of this glitch. It has other instabilities as well and my battery suffered a loss, I only get about a full days use where I used to have almost 2. Also the phone keeps going into Airplane mode.

The first is the phone before the update, the latter two are after... Still near stock with circles widget. I can take it in to get it replaced, but I don't want the Verizon tramp stamp...
