Hello, any assistance would be great here! I'd like to avoid doing a full complete reinstall but, if its necessary and if thats what it comes down to, so be it. Here's whats happening. It seems every time i switch my WiFi off or it loses WiFi signal, the radio completely crashes and won't connect to mobile network anymore. I have to do a reboot and upon reboot all works fine. Very frustrating! I've tried reinstalling the modem and trying different modems to no avail. I'm at a loss as its rather frustrating a waste of battery having to reboot the phone. If i never use WiFi and let it stay on mobile network all the time, i never have the issue. Or if i stay in WiFi all the time, no issue. Anyone else ever have this issue?

[Q] Lost ALL signal topic
Hey folks. This morning I woke up to 0 bars on my (BONE STOCK) OPO (I use AT&T). I rebooted, restored, tried multiple (confirmed good) SIM cards, you name it. My IMEI is not recognized. All APNs have been wiped and if I add one, it is instantly deleted after I save it. If I go to "Network Operators" I get an error that says "Error while searching for networks."
Any help would be hugely appreciated. I would really hate to have to go through the RMA process. The phone has been pretty much perfect for me for 3+ months. Back to my trusty yet tiny N4 I guess.

Dropped/loss of signal during call topic
So my mom upgraded her original Note (i717) to the Note 4 (N910A). Came out of the box with the NK3 update.
The problem is that whenever she uses the phone, it will randomly drop the call; can be 20 minutes or 2 minutes before it drops. Sometimes there will be two beeps when attempting to call back. Also the signal bars will completely drop and the no signal icon will appear. HOWEVER, after ending the call, the signal miraculously comes back.
I've disable HD voice call, and that did absolutely nothing. Using the hidden menu and disabling LTE (thanks AT&T for butchering the regular settings) seems to have stabilize the calls now, but for a flagship phone, not having LTE is a big minus.
She has considered returning the Note 4 for the iPhone 6+, which is a complete step backwards in my book.
Anyone else having similar problems?

[Q] Canadian Note 3 No GPS Signal topic
Hi,
I have a Canadian Note 3, it is rooted and has a custom recovery on it. I used to have the Tweaked ROM which worked perfectly even the GPS. I have tried to switch over to many different ROM's and even unroot and go back to stock but the GPS does not work in any of them. However if I re-install tweaked rom the GPS starts working again. I have tried various different fixes i could find, some have no effect and some put me in a boot loop. I would really like to try different ROMs and I need GPS to work. Anyone come across this problem or have a possible solution?
Thank you

[MB526] [BL7] [DFP231] [AsiaRetail] Weak GPS signal with rooted sbf and custom roms.. topic
Hi,
Recently i got motorola defy plus from my friend which has AsiaRetail version out of the box.
It is BL7 and DFP231 and has android 2.3.6.
It works fine with this AsiaRetail stock rom.
I tried to root and flash custom rom.
The only procedure i have seen is flashing two sbf, the second one being already rooted, but not AsiaRetail.
So, i flashed both the sbfs and installed sndinit and flashed custom roms cm7, 9, 10.1, 11.
All of the custom roms along with this rooted sbf rom had WEAK GPS SIGNAL . the number of satellites will not go beyond 0/2 and fine position lock never happens with gps alone.
Have you faced this issue. What is the solution...?
I think it is due to baseband / driver issues. How can i use AsiaRetail baseband with this rom?

[Q] HTC One M7 mobile signal problem topic
When I turn on WIFI and Mobile data is turned on, the signal of my mobile network drops.
I can only get is back to work by turning off wifi and multiple times trying to let the phone automaticly select mobile providers.
I am using a HTC one M7 with stock ROM.
I have restored factory defaults and changed SIM but no luck at all.
Any ideas?

[Q] No cellular signal after stock flash topic
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I ran into a bit of a problem. I have a Moto X 2013 (XT1058) that used to be with Rogers Canada (or it is still is). Although IMEI is clean, it has been flashed to Dirty Unicorns and lost network signal completely. Then it was flashed to an ATT (not by me) stock rom, but nothing changed
I decided to give it a shot and perhaps find a home for the poor Moto X. I was hoping that I can flash it to Rogers stock rom, get the cell service back, get it unlocked, and give it to my brother. However, all of my attempts led to nothing.
Things tried: Flashed ATT, Rogers, Sprint ROMs to no avail. Used RSD and manual flash.
Perhaps it is a hardware issue or perhaps the previous user/loser messed something. Other similar threads didn't give any ideas as to how to fix this.
Any ideas?
