[Q] Update SM-N7505 to KitKat on rooted phone without losing data topic

Hello guys,
I did some search before I ended posting here but I didn't find anything that I could use to be honest. If you think that this post should be removed, please do so and PM me the link which I should refer to.

I have a rooted Note 3 Neo SM-N7505 (Norwegian) running on Jellybean V4.3.
I have installed CWM and rooted the phone so I can't download the KitKat update 4.4.

Can you help me figure out how do I upgrade to KitKat without losing any data? It doesn't have to be the stock ROM, I can use Bulldog's, but what I want to avoid is reinstalling and reconfiguring all my apps again.
Do I have to fake my device status with Xposed and run the update as normal?
Do I have to flash the stock 4.4 for my phone through CWM ? Will that erase my apps and data?
