[Q] No media at all topic

Hello i really need some help. i have a samsung galaxy s4. when i got it was very slow and everything kept freezing up. when i downgraded it to jelly bean 4.3 it works perfectly, except for the media. i cannot hear any sounds, play any videos, record anything and when people call me the phone becomes slow and i am not able to answer. i had these same problems while it was running kit kat as well.

Hi all!
So I am switching my device out soon but I love to have a second handheld so that my load on phones is decreased.
My current S2 is fine and all but I wanted to seek some advice on the following questions:
1. What is a very minimalistic way to run android? I know that CM and stuff exist (having ran it before and currently running PAC-ROM) but can I go more....uhm....clean?
2. What is a way to keep the device clean from stuff that may slow it down? What should I avoid if I intend to use this phone as a portable media device that runs at optimal speeds? Over-clocking?
4. Why is my maths very bad?
3. What is the most stable/ A very stable android version/ROM to run on the device? Every time I search it is only people recommending a ROM that is 'Stable', but I wanted to know what are the most stable for the long run?
5. Is there a ROM dedicated to media support?
6. Any recommendations as to what to do with the device from your perspective?

I would not like to waste any more of your time, but after the Internet failing to give me answers that benefit me I turned here for help.

[Q] Does the phone remember media volume levels for headphones separately? topic

I'm about to order my LG G3 to replace my broken Galaxy Note 3, in the Note 3 the phone remembers what volume level I had for my headphones and what volume level I had for the built in phone speaker. so for example media volume would be at 1 when playing music without headphones and when I plug my headphones it will go upto 5.

is this feature included in the G3? or will I have to look for a custom mod maybe?

would be great if anoyone with a G3 can comment, thanks.

my media files gets erased? topic

I have an international s3.
suddenly my phone deleted by itself everything on my internal storage ONLY, such as my entire photos, sounds recordings, nandroid backups. etc. basically media files of any type. my apps, call log and sms records still fine.
i use imperium rom v 13.6 for a long time, and never had problems. so it's not the rom.
i completely formatted my internal storage. and installed the rom. but the problem still exists. does anyone know what could be the problem? :confused: im afraid it's an hardware problem.... how can i make sure . thanks in advance.

Please, anyone upload the xperia with Facebook twitter etc, because i can't use xperia keyboard recognition feature in 157 deodexed. When I try to press on activate now button, it does nothing.

[Q] downloading/sending media after root topic

Hello all!!
My note 4 has some problem! :( some apps don't work, for example, vr roller coaster wouldn't load, I disinstalled and reinstalled it...and it worked, however other apps, such as telegram or whatsapp won't let me download or send any media: videos,audio,pictures. It sais download failed when I try to receive them. Also, I can't download Facebook photos, nor can I download from dropbox. All of this has happened after I have installed twrp, installed infamous rom, and then restored from a Nandroid backup. ..this because it didn't recognizer my sim..what on earth can I do to get it back working like before?! Thank youuuuuu
