[Q] SuperSU Trouble Updating the Binary? topic

I Have a Samsung Galaxy S2 which I have Rooted and Installed "WiFi Tether- TrevE Mod".. Then SuperSU was Installed!
The System Re-Booted and Attempted to "Update the Binary"--NONE OF THE POSTED THREAD GAVE REFERENCE TO Problems Updating the Binary on the Galaxy S2?
I Would Appreciate any Assistance Possible, as I believe the SuperSU will not Function as Designed?

Problem updating su binary on Lollipop topic

It always asks me to upgrade the su binary and when I do it the phone stuck on booting and then I need to reinstall the rom.

Things I've tried:
Changing Rom (android revolution and maximums both android 5)
Reinstall supersu zip (2.46, most updated)
Update both normally and from recovery
Remove all root applications including exposed and reinstall
Root the phone with kingoo root (from the computer)

Please help me guys, without updating the su binary the root won't work and I'm exhausted from this problem I've tried everything. ( go back to 4.4 is not an option)

i've just made a rooted, debloated stock rom with android kitchen.

when i try to flash it i get this error "E: error executing updater binary in zip"

ive tried TWRP recovery, versions 2.8.5.0 and 2.8.1 & Philz recovery.

any idea??

[Q] Can't boot after SuperSU binary update topic

Hey hey,

Today I had a SuperSU update through the Play Store which I installed. When that was done it told me I needed to update my binary or something along those lines. Since I have an HTC it told me I should install it through a custom recovery like TWRP. I already had TWRP installed, so I went ahead and did that. After it did its thing, it rebooted. Or well, tried. I stared at the boot animation for about 10 minutes, and then I rebooted. I still didn't get past the boot animation. Then I shut it off, went into my bootloader and via there into the recovery. Downloaded the latest SuperSU zip and flashed it through TWRP. Rebooted, but no dice. A couple of reboots later and I'm unable to properly shut off my phone or get into the bootloader/recovery. I also can't see my phone through ADB.

My M8 has been converted to Lollipop GPE and have had no issues at all before. I am sort of familiar with ADB, recovery's etc, but I would not call myself an expert. Right now I'm at a loss, and any help would be great.

Dear All

I just re-installed the stock JB 4.1.2 ROM on my Singapore (SingTel) Gt-N7000 using the file

LSE_N7000OLBLSE_N7000DXLS8_HOME.TAR.md5 from Sammobile.

This appears to be successful except the binary count is showing "1". Is there any easy way to rest the counter to zero?

Getting Assert Failed OPO trust Zone and Error Updater Binary in Zip topic

Hi, I'm new here and m in trouble. I Bought OPO last night and Unlocked the device and installed Custom recovery and tried flashing Custom rom But when i flash the zip using TWRP Recovery it gives me error msg saying that Error executing Updater Binary in Zip '/Sdcard/Euphoria OS also Assert Failed: Opo Verify trustzone ("TZ BF 2.0.2.0.0109) == "1".. WHat is this ? I have wiped all the CM11 Stuff but still getting the error. also Tried Mount and Unmout System but not working

hey there my lg l70 was rooted up untill updated to 4.4.2. There is no SU binary installed and SuperSu cannot install. This is a problem. If you just upgraded to Android 4.3 you need to manually re-root-consult the relevant forums for your device.
This is the message i receive from SuperSu. If you can please assist me as i am new to this i would greatly appreciate it. The info on my phone is: lgms323,android version4.4.2,kernel version 3.4.0+,software version MS32310c
