HTC One S Bell re-flash to stock topic

Hi Everyone. i have a modified htc one S and i'm not sure what i did to it in the past tbh. but i think my original mods were kinda sloppy. twrp doesnt seem to work right, among other things. I'm looking to revert the whole thing to stock, so i can begin modding from there. in the end i hoped to install an android 5.0 rom as i intend to give this old phone to a friend. i had downloaded Candy5.

here's some info on my phone currently. can anyone advise me as to how i can revert to stock? it's a Bell locked phone, by the way (Canada)

Android 5.0.1 for LG G3 on Bell Mobility Canada has landed and is now available for download and install.
Update weighs in at 630Mb.
No issues thus far.

Samsung S5 Active SM-870W Bell Mobility Canada ROOT Help topic

I hav a sm-870w OS 4.4.2 locked canada phone. First will this method work to root my phone copy and paste "whiteboard.ping.se/Android/Rooting" If not than I need some help. Maybe if i explain exactly what i need (not necessarily in this order);

1. Delete/unflash factory Bell Mobility ROM
2. Flash/install stock Android ROM with ROOT
3. Unlock bootloader4. Locate recovery image, unpack, root, repack then install/flash OR talk about other custom recoveries alrdy out there
5. Set up the phone, settings, wallpaper, games, apps etc. then take a backup image and flash that as recovery maybe
