HTC One S Bell re-flash to stock topic

Hi Everyone. i have a modified htc one S and i'm not sure what i did to it in the past tbh. but i think my original mods were kinda sloppy. twrp doesnt seem to work right, among other things. I'm looking to revert the whole thing to stock, so i can begin modding from there. in the end i hoped to install an android 5.0 rom as i intend to give this old phone to a friend. i had downloaded Candy5.

here's some info on my phone currently. can anyone advise me as to how i can revert to stock? it's a Bell locked phone, by the way (Canada)

How to reflash my Xperia Z Ultra topic

I have very BIG problem with my Xperia Z Ultra. I use this info from MULTIROM.

I reset ny telephone, and use this instruction but have very big problem.
1. First install after reset lp ROM BlissPop v2.0 by Team Bliss-02/22
2. fastboot flash boot boot.img" from lifehacker69 and "fastboot flash FOTAKernel TWRP_multirom-togari_20150121-00.img"
After this I reboot and now have very BIG problem. My Z ultra only restart and see only SONY logo without any result ((.
Is it possible to turn in bootloader mode or anything else?
Now only see bootlogo with purple light only for 2-3 sec.
Yes I now this is my big error -boot original patched sony kernel with TWRP after install LP ROM BlissPop.
What is possible to do now? Thanks a lot.
