lenovo S960 not detecting full 16gb of internal memory after flash.....!!!!! topic

I recently flashed my lenovo vibe x....it was 16 GB in which 12 gb was usable but now it's only detecting 8.17 GB !!!!..........what can i do so that it detects 12 gb again???:confused:
