[Q] E7 headphones not detected post upgrading to Kitkat topic

I have upgraded my E7 earlier today and in the process device got rebooted and I had the message "headphones disconnected" initially..which I was ignored and continued with further device setup..

Everything seems to be working fine. .later after sometime I have plugged in headphones I didn't notice the notification bar I didn't find the headphones icon.. I started playing music..speakers started sounding than headphones. I have rebooted the device couple of times and also restore factory settings with no success.. Please help

I am despair. I have got a SGS2 GT-I9100 and I flashed cm12 unofficial from Lysergic Acid coming from KitKat cm11. Everything worked fine. Then I flashed a Pit file via Odin with Apollo Kernel(1 GB System, 4GB App data, pre-load not modified). OK everything works. But sometimes the phone reboots and then the sim card is not detected even though I made a clean install before. I don`t know how often i flashed again with full wipe after this bug but it comes always back.
Could someone please help me?

[CM12] Nexus 5 is not detected via USB when plugged topic

I have a strange issue, when i connect my phone over USB the computer does not recognize my phone, there are no options in the notifications, when i enable usb debugging the phone just reboots. When I enter TWRP and enable MTP there everything works fine. I have CM12 installed since the first nightly and dont know currently when the problem occured but I always flash the latest nightly available. I would like to prevent a factory reset to fix things.

SIM card not detected after flashing custom ROM topic

Hello,
After I flash any custom ROM, the phone doesn't detect my SIM card. Luckily I have a backup to go back to but I can't use any custom ROMs that way. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you!

Hi,

I'm trying to run Monkey along with Emma to measure code coverage of the test cases. Emma is a tool which instrument applications in order to compute coverage criteria. In addition, I developed an Xposed module to record path information in log file. However, when I run the instrumented app using Monkey, I get the following message in the log file:

Instrumentation detected, disabling framework for "name of the app".

Is there any way to resolve this issue? Is this something general that I'm missing? That Xposed does not work on instrumented apps?

I have a chinese OPO 64gb variants and came with ColorOS.. I flashed the CM11 and i think i messed up may wifi.. Can someone help me or give me links to flashed back a full stock Color OS rom.. I tried all the color os rom here in the site but still no luck.. i also try to change rom to rom(madhi, bliss, cm11s with different builds, flash modem, flash wlan firmware), but still no luck in finding a solution. Hope someone could help me.

HELP! Bootloop, restart continuosly, and download mode can't detected on my PC topic

Hi there, i want to ask some help to you. This is very sucks for me, when i need to communicate with my family and my friends, my phone was had a probelm. First probelm is my phone was bootloop, it was booted just until "Samsung Galaxy S III Mini" logo. Second probelm, after that bootloop, my phone was restarted and go back again to boot logo, and then restart again and go back again to boot logo, again and again continuosly until my battery was drain down. And the last probelm, after i found that probelm then i try to flash my phone to newest version firmware, when my phone enter to download mode and try to connected to my PC, it not recognized with my PC, indeed there's no notification that the device is not recognized (normally if you connect the device to PC and not recognized, will show notification "USB Not Recognized"). I try to connect again on Windows 7 (My PC was dual-booted Windows 10 and Windows 7), there's no changed, still not recognize and not showing notification. And then, an hour ago before i posted this post, i try to connect and flashing in my friends PC, but still not recognized. I think there's no probelm with my USB cable, when i use to charging, it still working.

And then i really really really need your solution, PLEASE help me, i dont have much money to repair my phone because i just have IDR 10000 (converted to USD is just ,95) and my guarantee is expired. Soon i will face the National Exam and i dont want lost my focus to that. I hope i can get the best solution quickly. [Q] No WiFi networks are detected when scanning and calling does not work either topic

Hi all,

I have a second hand GT-n7000 in my possession.
For some reason, I am not able to detect any WiFi networks nor able to call anyone. This phone has never been rooted and is using the original rom and recovery.
If anyone has any suggestions or tips that might help me find out why the Galaxy Note is not detecting any WiFi networks, please let me know!

Also, if someone could post a picture of the inside of their stock battery cover, I would highly appreciate it.

Need help no network detected topic

So I ended up using a file on here to try to get my att note 3 back to stock w.o root and now that ive done that everything works except for it detecting my network.

What I used was AT&T [100% Stock] KitKat 4.4.4 (N900AUCUDNL1) Odin Tars from @Walter.White
That part worked great and brought it back to stock but it will not detect my SIM/Network(which is straight Talk) Everything works on wifi I just don't have a phone to call out on

G900F RNDIS + DM + Modem mode not detected by Win7 nor win8 topic

Hi Everyone

i am trying to enable the LTE Band 41 in my G900F HK version.
the phone is Running stock, Rooted android 5 BOA3 ★ DevBase by ALEXNDR

when i go to the usb setting and change it from MTP + ADB to RNDIS + DM + Modem mode, My PC will remove the phone as MTP and that is it, i mean its like my phone is not plugged in. i have looked everywhere for a solution but could not get anything related to the phone not shown in my device manger.
Also i have set the USB Debugging on, but its not helping.

I have plugged the phone to 2 laptop win7 & win8, as well to the mac running Virtual Win 7.

If i downgrade to stock rooted 4.4.2 and put the phone in RNDIS, my win 7 PC will have no problem in detecting the phone and install the rndis driver.

Camera and Flash not detected (hardware issue?) topic

Well I have a unique issue I can't find much info on. This is not the 5.0 lollipop bug with the camera becoming inaccessible. I'm currently running 5.0.1 factory image rooted.

The problem: My camera and Flash are not usually detected when I boot the phone. Even if I reboot. I thought this was something with the rom so I reflashed 5.0.1 cleanly, but the problem persisted.

The only time they are detected and work is if I press on the area where the flash and camera are located and tap it with something heavy. The problem is that I don't think the flash and camera are really related. I've opened the phone and they in separate areas. Could it be a motherboard issue? Anyone know about hardware stuff like this?
