[Q] E7 headphones not detected post upgrading to Kitkat topic

I have upgraded my E7 earlier today and in the process device got rebooted and I had the message "headphones disconnected" initially..which I was ignored and continued with further device setup..

Everything seems to be working fine. .later after sometime I have plugged in headphones I didn't notice the notification bar I didn't find the headphones icon.. I started playing music..speakers started sounding than headphones. I have rebooted the device couple of times and also restore factory settings with no success.. Please help

G3 GPS - Lolipop or Kitkat topic

Hi all. I want to say something about g3 gps. Yesterday i try gps for one hour with android now hd 9.1 and i see some litlle disconections. Maybe 4 or 5 on hour. After that i put the Crash 2.1 rom and i try it again but i had again some disconnections. Then i backed up my phone with stock kitkat and i tried again.
With kitkat i don't had any disconnaction or other problem. The gps worked perfect. All this i tested with the latest version of navigon.
Anyone else with this issue used lolipop or kitkat to compare if this is problem is for lolipop or something else?

in my moto g 2013 i unlock my device (w/out inserting the pin) with a bt connected mi band. I use trusted devices by motorola.
in stock lollipop google implemented this feature natively.

so, in your moto g 5.0.2, do u have the google implementation or the motorola one? or both??

Kitkat style Pulldown Notification Drawers on Lollipop topic

Hello All,
Lollipop is up and running on many (almost All) devices now.
But Kitkat has its own charm.
I for myself love the Kitkat notification drawers, the two side pulldown wnere you could customise and add widgets to the left pulldown also unlike Lollipop where only the right side , GENERALLY, holds the widgets..
Also I loves the Kitkat navibar icons and despise the geometric shapes of the Lollipop nav bar.

Those are just my personal opinions, I know everybody loves Lollipop.

I know there are ways to activate and get the Lollipop Navibar and also the Notification style on Kitkat, BUT IS THERE ANY OPTION TO GET IT THE OTHER WAY AROUND???

is there any option or a flashable file for me to enable the notification style of kitkat on lollipop, I mean the pulldown bars only not the complete notifiers..

I know that themes can edit the nav bars to my liking, but is there any file for just that.

Sorry for my impatience and ignorance, but I have searched and found nothing for the solution...

[Q] New ROM on KitKat FOR G3 with all features - Need Help All Devs - Candy/Skin1980 topic

Hello everyone,
after several months on my LG G3 d855, I realize that LG G2 removed several functions (camera, weather animation, more cmplete remote ...) and several of the G3 on KitKat (invited session, themes and framework for LG Xcam)
I feel that despite the efforts of all developers on XDA (skin1980, crash, kickoff, candy and many others ...) to reinstate certain features and improvements, it will not be possible to return ALL of Lollipop .
Would not it be possible to make or update a rom with all the advanced KITKAT known to date so that the G3 is perfect for all uses?

Thank you ALL for the work done to date but red card to LG, which since the G2, only delete the extras that we made the success of these phones ..

Ok, i will not introducing me as i belive man's dignity depends on his works,...so let's come to the point, many of u know that google has released so many Android one device & all of them doesn't have stock rom flashable zip available as mine is KPX44...so i decided to share my works on this in xda, & sharing a way on creating flashable zip of any 4.4.x or 5.x rom for any Android One phones.....

Today i will give u a meta-inf folder & inbuilt read me.txt which will direct u on how to do this which will make your rom flashable via any custom recovery....

Download required files from attachment & then extract

Lewa OS 6 Kitkat strange bug while porting topic

Hello, friends. I'm sorry for my bad english, I am from Russia
I ported Lewa OS 6 kitkat ROM from official Coolpad F2 (mt6592) to my mt6582 device THL 4400, but I can not force modem to work.
What happens: on 1st boot after flashing ROM modem works fine and everything is OK. After reboot modem is fully unworking. It's not shown even in "About phone""Baseband version". After wiping /data we have working modem again, but only once :mad:
F2 has different partitions structure and count (It has about 5 extra partitions), maybe the reason is here. Probably some modem files are writing to some tmpfs.
But modem works fine even after reboot when I replaced some files in /framework from working on my device lewa 5 kitkat. That's are mediatek-* and telephony-common.* files. But after replacing we have common bug with call UI on 2nd sim card, which is not shown after dialing start.
Can enyone help me to fix modem or 2nd sim call UI?
I have no enough skills to find and fix something in smali files. :crying:
