Waze and MappyGPS does not run onto my Gt-I9505 android 4.4.2 rooted topic

Waze last version and MappyGPS does not run !!

Waze shows black screen, and log Running Tap to open - switch off

MappyGPS shows : MappyGPS s'est arrété, in French.

So I bootlooped my OnePlus One while trying to flash Franco fast charging onto it.. topic

On Friday I rooted my OPO to gain SU access and everything worked fine. After that I tried to flash Franco fast charging onto it as well, but now it's stuck in a bootloop. It shows the OP logo and "Powered by Android". I also apparently can't access the recovery.
Already tried to factory reset it and install the latest CM version, but whenever any step requires a reboot it still gets stuck. Also tried flashing the boot.img manually as another User pointed out in a thread but still same problem.
What might be the problem? I think maybe I can't do it because for some reason bootloader got locked again(?).
Any step by step instructions to get this thing to work again I will greatly take!
