Hi all,
Firstly, i hope this is in the right place!
I have accidentally wiped my phone again using the TWRP v2.8.4.0 custom recovery.. i have relocked the bootloader using the All-In-One toolkit and when in fastboot USB i try to flash the firmware i receive this message:
D:\FASTBOOT ADB>fastboot flash zip fw_4.19.401.9_custom.zip
< waiting for device >
sending 'zip' (27605 KB)...
OKAY [ 2.326s]
writing 'zip'...
FAILED (remote: not allowed)
finished. total time: 2.366s
Have tried swapping USB ports and still get the same message.
I have also tried putting the firmware zip onto the SD card with MTP enabled in TWRP and then installing from the 'Install' option but that just returns a fail each time.

Relocked
S-Off
CID HTC___001
