Cynogenmod for Xperia Z topic

Hey guys :) newbie here.I have a stock Xperia Z which i wanna upgrade to either the latest version of CM or Paranoid android.Problem is i cant make up my mind and i'm hoping someone could tell me which is the best between both.Once finding out the best,hopefully you can please show me how to upgrade with all the complete steps as I have mentioned I'm a noob in this department.Thank you :) Your help is very much appreciated :) Hoping for the fastest reply (Y)

Download "bootanimation_cm12_official-signed.zip" from below attachment and flash via recovery or put bootaniamtion.zip manually in "system/media" directory and set permission rw-r-r .

Note: make sure you have backup your rom because i am not responsible for any damages of your device.

[Q] CynogenMOd 12... rooting problem topic

just flash CynogenMod 12 nightly. I am trying to root but failed. I dont have time to search more, Please can any tell me the right way. thaks

i am on S-OFF, bootloader 2.00.0.2, recovery twrp 2.8.1.2
