Are you tired of that heavy that call you twenty times each day? ::LOL::

HOW IT WORKS

With this app you can block incoming calls for:

* Hidden numbers
* Phone numbers (match start of the number, end of the number or complete number)
* All numbers from a contact

You can enter the blocked numbers manually, from the contacts list or from the calls log.

The app support several working modes:

* Accept all incoming calls
* Reject all incoming calls
* Block the numbers/contacts that are added to the list (blacklist)
* Accept only incoming calls from the numbers/contacts that are added to the list (whitelist)

Note that the app is started when the call is received. Due to that, is possible that the system starts the incoming call ringtone before the app ends it. If that occurs, please, create a ringtone with 1-2 seconds of silence and use it.

Receive boot completed: To restart the app after boot
Internet, access network state: Required by Ads
Billing, get accounts: To manage the PRO key
Read phone state: In order to receive phone calls and stop it
Read & Write external storage: Not needed for now, but in the ToDo list I have a backup utility

KEY

People from XDA can use the app PRO features without pay via a PROMO code (this PROMO code allows to access all PRO features but don't hides Ads).
In order to redeem it do this:

1) Enter app
2) Open app settings
3) Go the page down and click (7 times) in the last item (the item that shows the app version)
4) In the dialog enter the key below (none of your accounts are shared or sent to our servers)
5) Press "accept" button

[MOD] Ad blocker topic

Hi guys,

I tried to implement good old method to block unwanted ads by adding advertising sites to the HOSTS file, on the Sammy ATIV Odyssey (full FS unlock) and it works perfectly ;) But I'm still unsure ('cause I'm developer and do have some ad-based apps in store) - should I post this info here? BTW, we do have mods, lets give 'em the rights to decide, delete this thread or not...

So, this method is pretty simple (he-he, same as my very-very first WP7 hack):

1) You muist have a interop-unlocked handset with full FS access (or at least \Windows\system32\drivers\etc directory).

1) Download the latest "blocking" hosts file, for example, from here
2) Rename your download from hosts.txt to HOSTS
3) Connect your handset to PC, navigate to \Windows\system32\drivers\etc folder
4) Paste downloaded HOSTS file, choose "replace" in the copiyng dialog.
5) That's all folks! :D

You don't need to reboot (like on Android phone with AdAway app) - now your handset is ads-free...

If you wanna revert back, just delete \Windows\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS file.

So for the brief moment that I owned the One Plus One with CM 11 it had a nifty feature which blocked both phone #s and the ability for said phone numbers not to leave voice messages.
I think it actually dropped the call.

Android has a similar feature in the contacts section, but this still forwards the phone # to the VM service and they are able to leave voice mails.

Is there and app or hack which allows me to completely drop and block calls from ringing and leaving a voice mail?
