[ROM][PORT] Pac-Man Rom for redmi note 4G topic

Hi guys, this is my first port, i am not a developer, i have just followed a rom porting guide, and it worked.

NOTE:
This is just a copy-paste work, not a source build, if u found bugs, do some research to solve it before posting here.


The rom has lots of customization options, its stable and smooth, But currently headphones not working.
Tested by me and my friends.

[Q] [Q&A][ROM][4.4.4][i9305] Error flashing custom ROM pacman topic

Hi everyone,
Im writing because I got in a bit of a trouble installing custom ROMs. I have installed 3 different ROMs, I wanted to try them for myself, and after that my phone does not work. I have researched and I am asking for help because I do not know what caused the error.
What I did:

• Install clockworkmod as recovery tool in phone and Cynamongenmod following this tutorial http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_i9305. ----> Everything works fine except the camera (it is a known issue)


• Install paranoid android to see if the camera bug what fixed, (it wasn't) ----> Everything works fine except the camera


• Install pacman (pac_i9305-release-20141231.zip) , but i didnt install gapps ----> Everything works fine, even the camera!!


• Try to install gapps for the version 4.4.4 to my understand (pa_gapps-stock-4.4.4-20150208-signed.zip). -----> Clockwork recovery tool says that can not install. Researched about it and flashed Team Win Recovery Project v2.3.3.0


• Installed gapps with TWRP -----> Booted pacman but get stuck on error like "can not execute gapps"


• Got a bit frightened and installed Clockwork revovery tool and Cyanmongenmod again----> The phone boots but NO PHONE SERVICE WORKING!!, I got in panic


• Used the recovery image -----> The phone boots (even the phone service) but I get a error on gapps "gapps stoped"


• Installed TWRP again and try to install Pacman rom and give me the errors:


• Making sysmlinks....


• set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed


• E: error in /data/media/0/sideload.zip (status7)

Im confused and now I just dont know what can I do to get my phone back to normal, I dont mind it is with the factory version [:'( ] or with a custom rom that works fine [=)]. Thanks in advance to everyone

What do you need for install this ROM?
! Download the zip file
! Make sure you have atleast 50% battery left
! Make sure you have backed up your current rom
! factory reset your device, erase dalvik cache and format /system (if you are using philz recovery, use clean to install new rom)
! flash the ROM zip, GApps zip and SuperSU zip (preferably in this order)
! First boot takes around 10 - 20 minutes. Its normal.
! First boot Appears on Chinese, just change the language on the wizard.

REMEMBER!!!!, This is an Alpha and some wild bugs can appear on the ROM

! Move to SD CARD / [Insuficent space on the ext-card]
! HD Video Recording Is Laggy
! HD Video Playback Is Laggy
