D851 boot loop on T-Mobile screen topic

Bought a used D851. It is stuck in bootloop at the t-mobile screen. When i turn it on, shows LG logo, then green android icon for few seconds, then again LG logo. After about 1 minute, the white t-mobile screen shows up and stays for about 45 seconds and then screen goes black followed by white t-mobile screen again.

I have tried stock recovery with lg mobile tools. Also tried lg flash tools and everything goes fine, at the end, i get blue reset status 3 screen. Upon reboot, its back to boot loop. Also tried factory reset. With lg flash tools, when i choose "Board" then after reboot, it logs on to the minios menu but the screen is completely unresponsive. So when i again flash with "upgrade" selected, it flashes fine but continues the boot loop.

Please help.

i have lg g3 d851 last night i flash wrong baseband d855 now my phone bricked not asking qualcomm phone status phone dead but showing driver lge andriodnet usb serial port and lg usb model port and when i try to flash with flash tool its show me error both picture i attach plz any trick u put my phone in qualcom mode then i repair booth plz help thnx
