[Q] Toggling Android Settings like Automatic Time & Date topic

Hello there,

I am looking for some help and direction with toggling Android settings using the Android Debug Bridge. I am definitely beginner although I have covered some basic ground. The step I have not found how to achieve is toggling Android settings over ADB. Specifically, I would like to be able to toggle the automatic time & date check box in the device's time and date settings.

Please advise! How do I do this?

If anyone has a link to a glossary of commands for toggling settings in general that would be even better.
