Enable swipe gestures when in sleep mode topic

Is there any Custom Kernel /ROM having following features :
1. Swipe gestures in sleep mode i.e. Typing 'c' will open Camera
2. Enable alarm when phone is switched off
Tried searching a lot on xda, but could not find it .

I'm on CM12 (Moto G XT1033)
