From kitkat rom to Lollipop topic

Hi there,,


currntly i'm using kitkat rom , I want to flash Echoe Rom v.23 which is android 5, what should I do first ?

I'll flash lollipop modem as the dev said, then do full wipe, then flash the rom .

any thing else should I do ?
