[Q] Fire TV screen capturing topic

is it possible to record the screen or rather the video output of the fire tv (no root)? I want to create some tutorial videos...
A screen recorder app would be appreciated. I read some articles about screen capturing with Android 4.4, but the Fire OS is forked from Android 4.2.2.?
