Hello, I have this problem for 1 month now and I can't find any solution. I cannot buy In-app purchases in any game. Can someone help me with this problem? Thanks!

[Q] Some set-up help and advice for planned media device. topic
Hi all!
So I am switching my device out soon but I love to have a second handheld so that my load on phones is decreased.
My current S2 is fine and all but I wanted to seek some advice on the following questions:
1. What is a very minimalistic way to run android? I know that CM and stuff exist (having ran it before and currently running PAC-ROM) but can I go more....uhm....clean?
2. What is a way to keep the device clean from stuff that may slow it down? What should I avoid if I intend to use this phone as a portable media device that runs at optimal speeds? Over-clocking?
4. Why is my maths very bad?
3. What is the most stable/ A very stable android version/ROM to run on the device? Every time I search it is only people recommending a ROM that is 'Stable', but I wanted to know what are the most stable for the long run?
5. Is there a ROM dedicated to media support?
6. Any recommendations as to what to do with the device from your perspective?
I would not like to waste any more of your time, but after the Internet failing to give me answers that benefit me I turned here for help.
All Advice welcome.
Device info:
SGSII I9100 International ver.
Running PAC ROM 4.4.4 KitKat Nightly 28th Jan 2015
Stock CPU clock.
Too many damn apps.

i followed the instructions from an website wich url i can't post, because i am an new user and i don't have written 10 posts ...

[Q] [desperate] Nexus 7 setup behind the Great Firewall? topic
Hello guys, I can't get past 'checking connection' due to unable to contact Google servers in CHINA. Any brilliant ideas how to bypass? I actually succeeded in setting up my Nexus 5 (LTE) earlier in the week. I tried using a proxy on the N5 and using the hotspot for setting up N7 but it didn't work. Do I have to wait for my next trip to Japan to setup?? I hope the hell not. BTW, I'm installing factory image before rooting and custom ROM, so I can't do it another way. HELP!!!

[Q] Setup Wizard Fails - Need to Restore Rooted Kitkat to Verizon factory default topic
So I have an old Galaxy S3 that I was playing around with, trying to figure out some basics to rooting, as I've never done it before. (I now have a new Galaxy S5 that I'd like to eventually root, but I figured if I was going to brick anything, it would be this older S3).
It has the stock Android 4.4.2 image on it.
After reviewing a number of forum posts on XDA and elsewhere, I've learned that this has a locked bootloader that hasn't been cracked. So, I decided to first try the easy route, and installed Towel Root.
After successfully rooting the phone, I uninstalled some apps that I probably should not have uninstalled, because now when I go to do a factory reset, the setup wizard allows me to select my language (English), but then fails with "Unfortunately setup wizard has stopped."
When I hit OK, I do get dumped out into the home screen, and the phone seems like its mostly (if not fully) functional, minus the apps that I removed which I shouldn't have removed.
So... is there any way of fixing this?
