Least amount of junk... in a room topic

Hey everyone..
So i need a bit of ya'lls opinions. I have been running insertcoin for a while... im getting to a point where i have been noticing a bit of lag here and there. I have tried the others but just none feel as fast as i really want.

Im looking for a rom with the following:
- Less junk and frills (light, almost 0 animation)
- Lollipop
- Sense


I have tried the following roms (maybe a while ago but have attempted)
Insertcoin
Sky dragon
CM12
CM12 tangent (on there, not sure what its called)

[Q] Help with rooting, custom room and problems topic

Hi guys, new member so play nice ;)

Just pulled my HDX 7 from out of a drawer and thought I could use it for music in my car.
Haven't used it once March of 2014 and it's stuck on software version 13.3.2.2... I remember using a tool to block OTA updates, and whenever I try to check for an update it says 'last update failed'.

Did a factory reset on the device in the hope it'd sort that out, but no avail. What I have now is when I go to set up the device after the reset, it won't come off the language selection screen. I choose a language, press okay, and it just bounces back. Rebooting does nothing. Managed to ninja tap into settings, update still doesn't work, and same problem after another reset.

Can you guys just point me in the right direction in terms of sorting out these problems, and then what I need to do to root, get recovery and install a custom rom (possibly cyanogenmod but I'm unsure if there's a supported build)

Room from back up to other note 4 topic

Hi all looking for help for friend of mine
He bought galaxy note 4 on China website which would be OK but his phone is having issue with receiving calls Evan he has full signal
He send phone back 3 times and they told him there is nothing wrong
He change 3 sim card and still same
When he restart phone all is fine and from out of the blue you can try to ring him and it's like his phone is off
Mine idea is can I do back up of mine note4 and try load that the his note4 ? Is it possible?

Does android encryption work on custom room? topic

I flashed Prism™ Barebone rom.

But when I want to encrypt device, it doesn't happen. It just show encryption screen for awhile, then reboots and nothing happens.

Device is not encrypted. Any suggestion?

HTC One mini M4 room flash topic

Ok newbie but have flashed my mini about 10 times to try different rooms etc.
Last week I wanted to try the newest insertcoin room. I cannot remember the exact process but followed it from a website (not sure if it wasn't this forum) but it only ended in a bootlegs, I tried to flash a new boot I'm that was recommended but this only resulted a bootloader loop.
Now I tried to flash numerous rooms and kernels but nothing worked after a few days I finally found the cyanogenmod v11 room and after various flash of the room and root etc I've got my mini up and running. I've even updated this rom.
I would like to try this insertcoin room. And think I have found the reason why it didn't originally work, s-on, but I've tried revone , firewall, and rumrunner to get s-on but nothing seems to work.
Was wondering if someone can help me out with a process to get this new room on my mini
