AT&T gflex network mode problem plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!! topic

Hi,
i'm new to XdA I recently bought an at&t Unlocked Gflex on ebay. The problem is that i can't change my network setting. I want to be able to change from 2g/3g/4g but setting are nowhere to be found on mobile Network setting even i tried all hidden menu still can't Be found. So could you guys plz help me thx. ☺
