Please suggest me a useful IP cam app which can turn your phone either a camera receiver or being an IP camera. With camera mode, I can stream live view of the phone to other devices.

So me and my friend tried to trace what's really wrong with most of the Lollipop ROM's and he told me this is the cause why it doesn't wake up when in deep sleep:
