Best place to get a nexus 6 in Germany? topic

I'm kinda between the Nexus 6 and the HTC One M9, but I think I'll go with the nexus 6, in case I'd like to give the phone back (before the 14 days return period passes) , where would it be easier to get a refund? Amazon? Mediamarkt? Saturn? Google play ? Also apart from google play, where do you get newer batch of devices? I've had bad experiences with fresh out the factory devices, I had a defective motorola milestone and a defective galaxy nexus , thanks for the help! ;)

unable to upload my app update to market place topic

Hi,

im trying to update my app which is published in the market place. every time i upload it i get the following error
Version 1.0 already exists.
how do i change the version number of my app, ive searched every where and cant find the solution.

please help as beginning to lose the faith
