[Q] Does different kernels give different battery life? topic

I was wondering if I flash a different kernel, will I get better battery life? And if it does giver better battery life which kernel would you recommend for me. Thanks:)

Actually I updated my SM-T700 to CM12 an hour ago, but it's hard to use 'Google Music' and Basic Camera app.

So,, I tried to find these things, but couldn't find them.

Can anyone give me basic Samsung Music app and Camera app?
