Query about mod availability topic

Hi

I am using i9070 stock rom 4.1.2 XXLQ4 with COCORE kernel. I want know if there is any mod so that I can run my phone during incoming call is ringing. Like in anderoid 4.4 without accepting or rejecting the call we can use our phone.
