insufficient space on the device android topic

please help my internal memory gets full easily i rooted my phone before a week please can someone guide me how to free up internal memory so that i can install more apps

Insufficient storage topic

I am using a G3 like ROM for my D838.
I do not know why, it always prompt me insufficient storage when I try to install or update my Google Apps/whatsapp/wechat etc.
Indeed, I have 32GB internal memory, huge storage. still got 20GB free space.

What can I do ?
