[Q] bricked samsung gt i8262 topic

hello,
i have bricked my gt - i8262
during installation of twrp on my galaxy core i rerooted to twrp and tried to install a new rom w/o erasing anything (my fault :crying:)
after that i rebooted my galaxy core now it's not booting ,it hangs on original boot loader and if i press VOL DOWN + HOME + power it shows vol up button to continue.
if i press vol UP + HOME + POWER NO USE ,
ultimately i am not able to load twrp and hence i can't use my phone plz help

Can any body tell me the best kernel for I8262 .... which can improve battry life :D topic
