i need experts help please.
My phone is HTC one XL EVA_UTL Saudi Arabia middle east Edition.
My android version is 4.1.1 and it must be updated to 4.2.2 years ago but i didn't get the update i don't know why.and my HTC keyboard does not support Arabic language.
I need help to root this phone and install newer custom rom and i really need to add Arabic language to my HTC keyboard it looks more cool than Google keyboard.
