I have CM12 official fresh clean install on Andys CWM Touch. I hope this is a problem others have seen with a simple solution - though I have looked hard!
Have a persistent issue with the dialer and sms not recognising numbers that are in my phone book unless they are in 1 format.

In all prior versions dialing one or the other was recognised as the same number, no more.
Result is unknown callers and sms without names of people in phone book. Any ideas for a fix? :confused:
