How to Add Any 3rd party app/launcher Prior to build! topic

Hello Everyone! i really need help on the my build of CM12 as i have successfully build CM12 and now i really need some variations in it to make it different! so for that i need to add 3rd party launcher in it!

i have followed this guide! THIS GUIDE!

And i am using this guide for adding apps THIS GUIDE FOR ADDING APPS

now i have moved it to packages>apps and now in device.MK what should i do there so confused please help me with details thank you!
