[Q] Google Play Services not updating to 6.7.74? Stuck on 6.5.99 on my Canvas A! topic

My Micromax CAnvas A1 not updating Play Services to 6.5.99. I am also nt getting lollipop update. When will I? My friend using Canvas Turbo Mini has 6.7.74. Why not I? Please help!
