[Q] Phone randomly shut down, unable to power on topic

Hello xda,

So my friend was on facebook when his M8 CDMA running Viper rom randomly shut down and would not power on. He said he tried a hard reset and still nothing. when plugged in to power it does not show an LED light. Anyone hear about this before or have a solution to try?
