No OS on a HTC one m8 topic

Hi guys

I was given a HTC one m8 from a friend of mine, and he has no OS installed on the phone, i know it may sound a silly question but how would i fix this .

i have this information from a tool iam using to get this working again if theres anything else needed please let me know
