[Q] S-pen difficulty topic

...I just got my Note 4 only to find that the S-Pen is practically useless! It's too hard and buttons and such are non-responsive...when trying to write in a note it simply doesn't work. I have a Note 10.1 AND a Note 12.2 and both are just fine...any ideas? Did I get a bad stylus?
