[Q] Lollipop update left phone with very low in call volume? topic

First off its wife's phone. Don't want root. ( She would've already blamed problem on me). Ever since the 5.0.1 update d850 the in call audio is horrible. Searched every solution online no luck. Anyone here may have a solution or a work around would be greatly appreciated. Like I said before no root. At&t transfered me to Google and Google transfered me to At&t lol. Thanks.
