can't obtain IP address through wifi !!!!! 5.0.1 topic

HI

my phone is n910h , after install 5.0.1 update from n910c ( without sboot.bin and modem.bin ) it boot up normally

i changed some setting and updated some app.

but after turn off the wifi and turned it on , it can't obtain IP address !!!!!

what is the problem ?? :(

i did a wipe chache and dalvik

but still can't !!
