After update to 5.0.1 my Note 4 vibrates when its fully charged. topic

On Android 4.4.4 my Note 4 didnt vibrate when its done charging. Yesterday i updated it to 5.0.1..everything works fine, except the vibration (notification) when the phone is fully charged. On android 4.4.4 the display light on for 10 seconds...nothing more. But now..in the middle of the f*****g night the phone starts to vibrate -.-. there is nooption to turn that off. phone was in vibrate mode as usual
