Who sets the prices of unlock codes? Lg unlock codes were just a few months ago, and now all the codes are on ebay, like a cartel price fixing.
Did their sources jack up the prices, so the resellers jack up prices even higher for us?

On another forum, they mentioned LGTool...... Is that some kind of key generator?
