Well gentlemen as there is much discussion in this and in several forums S4 GT-i9500 on the possibility of returning from Lollipop Kit Kat after flashed version 4 files + the PIT or the version of SamMobile + PIT and we all agree so we think there can be but nobody has proven is that I gave myself the task of checking if possible return from Lollipop Kit kat 5.0.1 to 4.4.2 and mobile left running smoothly and the result can not be be better IF YOU CAN AND DOES EVERYTHING .-

:Process
The first thing is being in Lollipop install a custom as TWRP Recovery or Phiilz if not installed thereupon enter the recovery and make all wipes and all formats, and we were at this point without OS.
Now reboot into Download Mode while on the PC launch Odin with Administrator privileges (as we always do) and load the PIT on the appropriate button and Kit Kat 4.4.2 firmware downloaded, connect the phone and when Odin detects give to START and hope to finish.
When you start you will see that no network, we have in the taskbar the circle with the line through it, we will not have the IMEI, do not despair .-
Now again put the phone in Download mode while the PC launched again Odin (like not forget Manager) and load the modem.bin file will have extracted the downloaded folder and removed Modem J1 thereupon what flasheamos and the minute Mobile will start and now have network signal and everything working.
NOTE: To clarify and make no mistake, The Modem not flashes in the same process with the PIT firmware + because it will not take, in fact the firmware has included flashing modem but for some reason installs, so then you have to make a flash only with the modem and put in the CP button (Phone) .-
