SWITCHED OFF phone automatically boots into recovery mode(TWRP) while CHARGING topic

My phone boots into recovery mode(TWRP) every time i switch off the phone and put it for charging.
tried different roms and the problem still exists.
im on Resurrection Remix ROM KK
Twrp v2.8.1.0
tried cwm and the the problem is still there but here the screen goes black but still turned on.
