Hello,
I rooted my SG 2, put CWM on it and installed Cyanogenmod 11.
Then I flashed Omnirom 4.4 on it with CWM.
That was a mistake, because actually I wanted to flash Omnirom 5.0 on the i9100.
Downloaded it, put it on SD Card and boot the phone into recovery.
But now, CWM isn't there anymore. Instead of CWM, there is TWRP.
So the flashing of Omnirom 4.4 must have overwritten?/installed TWRP.
Flashing of Omni 5.0 was successful, but apps like Orbot say, that they can't get root privileges, because the phone seems to be unrooted.
Do I have to install SuperSU on Omni, so that apps can get root access, because Omni itself can't provide them?
TWRP also tells me, that it can't get root permissions.
On CM11 the apps have had no problems getting root privileges.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Regards.
