[ROM] [PEREGRINE] [Unofficial] AOD a.k.a Pure AOSP [28/02/2015] topic

AOD's premise

Quote:

AndroidOpenDevelopment is meant to be an AOSP/CAF base with hardware support for various OEM chipsets such as QCOM OMAP Tegra, etc, without any additional feature support.

It is hoped that various community ROMs will submit patches from upstream sources for basic hardware support eliminating the need for each ROM to do all the extra work, thereby bringing COMMUNITY back to android

So I was looking around and saw this over on the Moto G section and thought it would be good for those people looking for a pure AOSP experience as a Nexus device albeit with more added features ;). So that is what this is which means it will not and I repeat will not be getting x features added in the future as that is not the point of the rom. Bugs/Not working
- CM12 bugs

How to install
- I would be on a Lollipop firmware, and have the latest TWRP installed first
1) Full Wipe data, dalvik, cache, and format system
2) Flash rom zip
3) Flash gapps - you can also use these
4) Flash SuperSU (optional)
6) Reboot and you're done
