ringtone and vibration doesnt work after Lollipop update topic

Hello everyone.
I've update my Moto G 2 gen last thursday and the ringtone and vibration stoped working, the phone doesn't ring or vibrate when receives a call.
Is this a knowed problem from dthe Lollipop update? Can anyone help me?
