request: Xperia P - ICS without bloatware topic

Pls pls can anybody make ICS without bloatware? Clean rom.

I'm using Xperia P for two years from now. I was install 90% custom rom.

Gb the fastest and ugly
ICS is the most stabile rom with modern look, but custom roms are unfinished
4.1 sucks and dialer bug (but slim rom almost perfect+dialer bug)
4.4 almost perfect, but some days can be slowly and crushy.
5.0 - whats the point??

Can anybody make ICS without bloatware? Or can anybody tell me how I can remove bloatware.
