[RECOVERY] Cyanogen recovery for Nexus 5 [v20150228] topic

General information:
CyanogenMod comes with its own recovery system called Cyanogen recovery. It's contained in the ROM zip file and will be installed on your phone if you update/flash a CyanogenMod build while Settings -> Developer options -> Update Cyanogen recovery is activated.
However, some people have problems installing it that way (see 2nd post).
That's why I want to provide an alternative method. I'll try my best to keep this thread and the download section updated!



Features:

Reboot system now
Apply update (ADB or internal storage)
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache partitin
Wipe media
Reboot to bootloader
Power down
View recovery logs

The recovery supports touch navigation and the classical method with power and volume buttons.



Installation:
fastboot flash recovery cyanogen-recovery-YYYYMMDD.img
