Random Wifi & Bluetooth Freeze topic

On my Note 3 International, wifi and bluetooth freezes randomly

I'm using the stock lollipop firmware, but this issue was there since kitkat

How can I further diagnose the issue and prove whether its hardware or software related since its random?
