[Q] urgent help please topic

Hi, really need some help as i have no clue whats happening, installed Lollipop update on my htc one tonight, when it went to start up it got stuck at htc one screen, tried rebooting several times with no change, the phone was previously unlocked, rooted and had a custom rom installed, but i did the stock RUU, which relocked the phone and allowed me to do OTA back to Kitkat 4.4.3. I can get into the bootloader which shows *Tampered* (i know that one) but underneath its saying *Unlocked* ? please help :(
